Appointment Policies

A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward the service total. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to attend.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. We understand emergencies happen; please contact us as soon as possible.

Results Disclaimer

Permanent makeup results vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Touch-up appointments may be required for optimal results.

Health & Safety

Certain medical conditions and medications may contraindicate permanent makeup services. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant health information. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it poses a health risk.

Intellectual Property

Before and after photos taken during or after your appointment may be used for portfolio, website, and social media purposes. You may opt out at any time.
